Layered controls: encryption in transit, role-based access, logging, anomaly monitoring, environmental isolation, least-privilege provisioning, credential rotation, and rate-limiting. No system is infallible; residual risk acknowledged.

10. AI Ethics & Limitations

AI limited to augmentation. We prohibit autonomous decision-making that creates legal effects or significantly affects individual rights. Profiling confined to fraud defense, duplicate suppression, abuse mitigation, and service optimization.

11. Children

Services not directed to minors; we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If you believe a minor provided data, notify us for removal.

12. International Access

Platform is US-focused; not marketed for GDPR jurisdiction targeting. Accessing from abroad = consent to transfer + processing in the United States under US legal standards.

13. Opt-Out / Suppression

Use unsubscribe links in messages or email unsubscribe@UniversalBusinessStrategies.com. We propagate suppression across affiliated systems within a reasonable period.

Transactional & essential notices (security, policy changes) may still be sent.

14. Updates
