Refund & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges. Immediate transfer of ownership + aged asset nature.

Purchases are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and irrevocable once processed. Where expressly offered, discretionary store credit is the exclusive alternative remedy (subject to expiration). This policy integrates with the Purchase Agreement and Terms of Use.

1. Store Credit (Discretionary)

May be issued solely at Seller discretion; valid 6 months; non-transferable unless mandated by law. Not redeemable for cash. Expired credit void.

2. Partial Payments / Deposits

Non-refundable deposit reserves entity for up to 30 days. If balance unpaid after reservation window, deposit converts to store credit (same 6‑month validity).

3. Eligibility for Replacement / Credit

  • Undisclosed Liabilities: Provide substantiation; Seller has 14 days to cure. If unresolved → replacement entity or store credit equal to price.
  • Incorrect Incorporation Date: Material variance → exchange or store credit.
  • Unauthorized Purchase: Valid police report required; case-by-case review.

4. Optional Features

Defects must be reported within 7 days. Seller has 14 days to remediate. If unresolved, discretionary store credit limited to the optional feature’s value only.

5. Super Corp Websites / Logos

Delivered as-is. No redesigns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery milestone confirmation.

6. Processing & Delivery

Execution begins upon setup interview completion. Articles sent electronically and (where applicable) via certified mail. Third-party dependencies may influence timelines; delays do not create refund rights.

7. Credit Card Payments

Identity verification (government ID + card proof) required. Shipment (or electronic delivery) of Articles + tracking/log constitutes full delivery. Partial payments governed by deposit rules.

8. Fraud Prevention

Type 1 – Identity Theft: Mitigated via KYC and verification tools. Type 2 – Civil Theft / Chargeback Abuse: False disputes escalated to collections and may be reported to authorities. We reserve evidentiary documentation for defense.

9. Non-Refundable Conditions Summary

  • Funding outcomes (approval amounts, timing)
  • Failure to follow instructions / credit roadmap
  • Self‑inflicted bureau or file disruptions
  • Lack of personal credit readiness or PG availability

10. Replacement Limitations

Subject to inventory. Comparable or greater age/value may be offered at no extra cost. Acceptance of replacement final; no subsequent exchange cycles.
